Gafoor Sarang is the Global Lead for Intelligent Automation (Agentic AI & Automation) at CSL Behring, where he leads a global Center of Excellence of 20+ experts driving enterprise-wide AI and automation transformation. With over 24 years of international leadership across Biotechnology, FMCG and Services, he specializes in turning complexity into clarity by fusing process intelligence, Lean Six Sigma and next-generation AI into scalable, value-driven solutions.

Under his leadership, CSL was named a UiPath AI25 Award winner in both 2024 and 2025 — back-to-back global recognition for pioneering work in agentic and AI-driven automation. A champion of citizen development and digital-first operations, Gafoor is passionate about scaling AI responsibly to unlock speed, quality and sustainable impact. He is based in Dubai, UAE.
