Dr Mani Abedini

Dr. Mani Abedini is Head of AI at AW Rostamani Group, one of Dubai’s most established diversified conglomerates, where he leads the Group’s AI Centre of Excellence and a team of data scientists and engineers delivering a portfolio of production AI products across automotive, real estate, logistics, and retail. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and Machine Learning, and his work spans the full arc from applied ML engineering to enterprise AI governance — including agent systems, AI adoption at scale, and the frameworks that connect AI to measurable business return. Based in Dubai, he works at the intersection of frontier AI capability and the practical realities of deploying it inside large, regulated organizations in the UAE.
