Dr. Pooja Saxena

Dr. Pooja Saxena is a Cybersecurity, Data Protection and AI Governance Lawyer with extensive experience in corporate and technology law. She holds a PhD in Cyber Laws and has been practicing corporate law since 2005. Her work focuses on data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, AI governance, technology contracts and regulatory compliance, with a particular interest in the emerging legal and governance challenges arising from autonomous and agentic AI systems. She is the Founder of Global Digital Law Forum (GDLF), a platform focused on digital law, privacy, cybersecurity and responsible technology.
